Who Is Educarta’s Founder?
Samantha Symes has over 10 years experience as a recruiter and an employer both here and overseas. She has a Business degree with a Marketing major and is currently completing a second degree in Psychology. Samantha draws upon her recruitment experience working for established agencies and in-house for financial organisations here in Sydney and the UK. Her recruitment experience ranges from Executive to Graduate level, permanent and contract, across industries including I.T., Banking & Finance, Marketing and Accounting. She also worked as a State Manager and Australian representative in the textile industry and has previously conducted workshops specifically for TAFE students.
How did Educarta Evolve?
When interviewing for clients as a recruitment consultant, candidates made the same mistakes over and over again. They had to be coached and trained to get through the recruitment process successfully!
