Educarta charges a fixed recruitment fee for placed students (not based on salary) and this includes:

1. A shortlist of max. 3 candidates

A brief summary will be provided on each candidate stating their suitability to your role, qualities, skills and availability.

2. All interview coordination

3. Referees' names & numbers provided OR references can be taken on your behalf-after 1^st interview.
